Sized to suit your block
Most people come to us with a rough idea: somewhere to park the boat, a workshop for the tools, extra storage. We start with the block. Setbacks, fall across the site, access for a concrete truck and where the doors need to face all change what fits.
Once that's clear we work through span, bay spacing and gutter height so the building suits the gear going into it. A caravan needs clearance. A workshop needs light and power. A storage shed needs width more than height.
Supply and install or install only
Choose a complete supply and installation service, or have our team install a shed you have already purchased. We do not offer supply only.
Brisbane and Gold Coast blocks
Inner suburbs on both sides of the border usually mean smaller lots, closer neighbours and tighter boundary setbacks, so height and position matter as much as size. Acreage in the Gold Coast hinterland, Scenic Rim, Logan and the Redlands opens up larger footprints, but brings slope, access and exposure into the design.
Brisbane properties fall under Brisbane City Council, while the Gold Coast falls under City of Gold Coast, and nearby areas such as Logan, Redland and Scenic Rim each have their own council. What needs approval depends on the size, use and position of the building, so we confirm what applies to your site before construction.
What to send us for a quote
Your address, what the shed is for, a rough size and where on the block you would like it. Photos of the site help, particularly of slope and access. If you have already bought a shed kit and need it installed, include the plans and engineering that came with it.
